TechGlow Device Returns

Return Period:
30 days from the delivery date

Warranty:
60-day manufacturer warranty

Return Conditions:

  •  Product refund available within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories

  • Original packaging is required

  • A return authorization (RMA) is required before sending any item

Once the returned device is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.


Glow Ritual Collection Returns

Includes:
Gua Sha tools, pillowcases, and beauty accessories

Return Period:
14 days from the delivery date

Warranty:
30-day quality guarantee

Return Conditions:

  • Full product refund available within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging

  • Hygiene-sealed products cannot be returned once opened

  • A return authorization (RMA) is required before sending any item

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

In these cases:

  • The item is eligible for a replacement only

  • Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items

  • Fidelie will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item

  • The original item does not need to be returned unless explicitly requested

Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
