We're delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all Fidelie products, with delivery typically within 3-14 business days depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fidelie experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer different return policies based on the product category:

TechGlow Device Returns
Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
Warranty: 60 days manufacturer warranty

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery (unused, original condition)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Original packaging + all accessories required (RMA approval required before shipping)

Glow Ritual Collection Returns
Includes: Gua Sha tools, Pillow Cases, Beauty Accessories
Return Period: 14 days from delivery date Warranty: 30 days quality guarantee

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (unused, original condition)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (original shipping non-refundable)
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
  • Hygiene-sealed products cannot be returned once opened

International Returns Notice:
International returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise / No Commercial Value.” Any customs fees due to incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.

Return Process

How to Return Your Order

  • Contact Us within the return period via email or customer service
  • Receive Return Authorization (RMA) with return instructions
  • Package Securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • Ship Back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsibility)
  • Receive Refund within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return (if approved)

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Return authorization number required (contact customer service)
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs and any optional insurance
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. These cases are eligible for replacement only.

  • Material defects and craftsmanship issues covered (replacement only)
  • Natural stone variations are not considered defects
  • Breakage due to dropping or misuse excluded
