Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
Warranty: 60 days manufacturer warranty
- Full product refund available within 30 days
- Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility
- Product must be in original condition with all accessories
- Original packaging required for returns
Glow Ritual Collection Returns
Includes: Gua Sha tools, Pillow Cases, Beauty Accessories
Return Period: 14 days from delivery date
Warranty: 30 days quality guarantee
- Full product refund available within 14 days
- Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Hygiene sealed products cannot be returned once opened
How to Return Your Order

- Receive Return Authorization with return shipping instructions
- Package Securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsibility)
